Stevo's Subs - Logo Progression

This is the progression of the logo I made for Stevo's subs. I started by experimenting with shapes which I could use to create a sub. I started with flattened circles and a traced meatballs. Once I scrapped the idea, I began creating a new one with a look from the side of the sub. I used the traced meatball, shapes and painted the sauce onto the bun to create the sub. I put this coming out of a circle to give it a 3D look along with Stevo's subs written
